"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I accidentally dropped something behind the toilet and when I went to retrieve it, it was evident that area had not been cleaned recently. Otherwise, comfortable stay. I did get in late and they were very few food options – the 7-11 in the airport had limited choices. This is my only complaint. Otherwise, amenities were great and location cannot be beat for convenience to the airport."

"We had a really lovely stay at this hotel! One thing that stood out was how thoughtful and accommodating the team was. My friend had a surprise bouquet of flowers sent to her by her boyfriend, and the staff went out of their way to open the package and have the flowers waiting in her room. Such a sweet gesture that made the stay even more special. I also needed a late checkout, and the hotel was very accommodating. There was a small additional fee, but it was very reasonable and absolutely worth it. The cleaning staff was also very nice and provided great service throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, especially if you want to be right in the middle of everything. The hotel itself is super nice, and the staff really made the experience better. The only thing to keep in mind is that the lobby and surrounding areas can get crowded with luggage, but given how popular and touristy the location is, that’s understandable. Overall, a great stay with thoughtful service and an excellent location. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The room was a spacious twin with Disney View. Very clean and nice vibe. The evening buffet was excellent. At about £40 each it was more inclined to Chinese and Japanese food with pizza, and Western kids options. My normally fussy 18 year old found lots to eat at the non Western counters which she’d normally turn her nose up at. So full marks to buffet. Only issue was when we asked reception if they had any feminine products as the shop was shut they said they hadn’t and couldn’t point us to a vending machine. Another positive my daughter forgot her camera at DisneySea and then wanted to reapply make up. Both times she was away for around 50 mins so v convenient for Disney. All v good."
