"Location is great, view is magnificent however management is terrible. They made us check-in to a dirty room, somebody had clipped nails on the couch, dirt on the floor everywhere. Asked for coffee at 10:30 in the evening and answer is kitchen closed. Coffee is made in the kitchen? And lastly there is no hot water, when you tell management they say "we will check" and do nothing about it, they don't even inform back and tell they can't fix anything. "We were on a road trip off season and had a great stay here with a lovely sea view from our room. It was easy to park in the marina across the street. The room itself was not in the freshest condition and there wasn't a coffee/tea set up, but the restaurant on the 7th floor was amazing! We did half board and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and service with incredible views. The breakfast was just as delicious. "
