Excellent little getaway!
"The room was very clean and decently sized. There were a decent amount of small walking trails on the property and many longer ones nearby. The office manager was very informative and pleasant to talk to! We would definitely come back again."

"The cabin was bigger than i thought and had a full kitchen. The back deck had an amazing view but would have been better if it had steps to the firepit. We just had to walk around from the front. The galley style kitchen had a big fridge and gas stove, both nice stainless steel but needed a light ..."

Golconda is a small inviting town that is best visited on the weekend. We found some of the places we wanted to visit closed because they are only open Fri-Sun. We were just passing thru, but I definitely would come back to see Garden of the Gods.

I stayed at this location under the previous owners as Michael's motel I would give it a 5 star review. With new management and conditions it would get a zero star review. Will never stay at unity lodge again.
