"The place is clean as can be but the property is older. Parts of the moulding are missing here and there, the thermostat on the heater is not to be trusted. The water in the shower is hot, the shower looked newer and everything worked. Sliding door was a bit sticky and room was a bit musty smelling. Musty smell subsided as it aired out a bit. Hot tub and pool were great! Location is best for view of the bridge across the Rogue River a private dock and great sunset views. It is just over the bridge from Jerry's Rogue Jet Boats. Convenient to all of Gold Beach not far from Brookings or Bandon. Lots of restaraunts within 5 miles in either direction. Enjoyed our three nights "
