"not having check in staff was very uncomfortable as there is very poor cell service at hotel - took me over an hour to finally get a live person to hook me up to their wifi to complete online only check in. The room we had had King size platform beds with queen sized mattresses - with the platform sticking out about 8 inches past the mattress - at shin height where i scraped my shin several times during our stay. NOT HAPPY AT ALL"

"The property was nice but I found The lighting in the room , particularly the bathroom to be awful. Very hard for a lady to apply makeup. There should be seating in the front reception area so one can sit comfortably when waiting for an Uber. The bar needs to be opened."

"Rooms have truly terrible noise problems. Impossible to sleep. Had to change in the middle of the night first night. Second night wasn’t much better. Some amenities are ok but nothing special and the so called pool is kind of a joke. Restaurant is great but that’s sadly where the fun stops. We’d eat there any day but would never stay again."

"If you want a basic, clean room for a great price relative to other places to stay in Norwalk, Ct. this is the place. If you want luxury, this ain't the place. It's a throw back to the old motels in which all room doors open to the outside. It's only two stories, so you're always exposed to the parking lot, but I didn't hear much noise when I stayed, although I did check in at 10pm and left at 7:45am."
