Good location. The room was a bit smelly but the staff were very helpful. The lounge cafe staff weren’t very nice. Both buffet and Japanese restaurant were amazing.

Novotel Surfers Paradise
Staff were courteous, would be helpful if there was a toilet brush, overall the rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Fridge was quite loud when trying to sleep and didn’t seem to be a hand towel, a hook near basin would be good for washing and drying hands. Great location easy walk to restaurants ...
