One elevator was out of service the whole time. Staff wasn’t very polite. I asked for silverware and it never came. I had to go to the lobby and was give a plastic set. The ice room on 5th floor was disgusting. "

"This is not a hotel. It is a cheap “hourly like motel” at best. The pictures do not match the actual property. The property is filthy, unsafe, and has mold. We did not stay for even 10 minutes. Completely disgusting. Health department should visit."

"Super clean and cute property. Walking distance to Walgreens, the beach, restaurants, ice cream, massage, etc. Staff was very helpful. Small pool, so if you want a big pool experience you may want to do a Resort Pass. "
