"The room were not clean, I had to call daily to get the room serviced and even when it did get serviced they did the bare minimum! Made the beds! No sheets were changed no bathrooms were cleaned to counters were wiped bone of that! The pool was the same thing daily issue with towels! Had to wait hours for towls to be available, not enough seating if you’re lutyou get a chair! Overall the property was nothing like described. Very disappointed."

"Extremely clean and nicely decorated hotel. Hotel is on two floors. No elevator. So if you have heavy bags request first floor. There is no Front Desk staff, but they email you a code for your door. I would definitely stay there again."

"Air conditioner was noisy.. room was dirty ..property was falling apart and a big hole above patio door where some sort of critters where living above our heads while we were laying in bed .. so we left and got another room 5 days early ..i asked for refund for days i wasnt there and they said no .. room.314 honeymoon suite .. "
