"The property is almost 50 years old and wasn't renovated since then. Some doors don't keep closed, other doors squeak with every move and everything looks in general disrepair. We stayed in the family apartment that is actually above the owner's and we listened to snoring every night. The shower hose was damaged when we arrived and it burst open towards the end of our visit, making everything in the bathroom wet and the shower unusable. "The spa was phenomenal, really well maintained and clean with super friendly and helpful staff. The room was wonderful and very clean. If you’re looking for a holiday to relax and rest this is definitely the place to do so! The staff were incredible and even left a cake in the room for my birthday, which was a lovely gesture! The one thing I would mention is that the church next door rings the bell every hour from quite early on in the morning but that is no fault of the hotel and cannot be helped, maybe you won’t hear it further in the hotel. Truly could not fault the place."

"The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and I appreciated the small kitchenette. Having a fridge, kettle, and coffee maker was a thoughtful and convenient touch. My main disappointment was the limited opening hours of the spa and gym, which close at 20:00. For me, one of the greatest benefits of staying at a hotel with a spa is being able to return after a day of sightseeing, have dinner, and then relax in the spa before bed. It is a wonderful way to unwind and prepare for a restful night. With the current opening hours, however, the spa really needs to be used before dinner. The last thing you want to do is get dressed again and head back out for the evening. Extending the spa hours would make a significant difference to the overall experience and, in my opinion, would make the additional cost much easier to justify. I unfortunately did not feel that I was able to fully enjoy the facility. Another consideration, particularly for summer visitors, is the lack of AC. This seems to be quite common in Austrian accommodation, but during warmer weather I would find it difficult to sleep comfortably without it. For a summer stay, I would recommend confirming that your accommodation has AC if this is important to you. Overall, the property has several nice features but the early spa closing time and lack of air conditioning are important considerations when deciding whether it is the right choice for your stay."

"A huge modern, double apartment with everything needed. Super clean and with stunning mountain views. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect. Great value for money. The only annoying thing was trying to get hold of the property beforehand to confirm check-in timings - they don't reply to phone or messages. Also the 10am check-out is a bit steep. But overall, a very nice place."

"Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was great, lots of variety. Plenty of fresh fruit and veg. You can sit on the terrace. Staff were very friendly dot and helpful. We had the sea view which was nice but noisy due to trains running through the night. Maybe best to book Mountain View. Hotel is close to the spa and town centre. Great location."
