"We showed up to the hotel under construction and rooms with no AC. Finding staff was a nightmare, towards the night we found out that whoever was there that night quit and left the entire hotel unattended. She also left the keys to the hotel out in the open for anyone to grab with a note that read "free" after that we felt unsafe and distraught. Would not come back"

"We loved staying here, the owners were super friendly and booked restaurants for us. Everything is brand new and lovely and clean. The sauna with a view is fab and feels quite luxurious. The lounge is really nice too. Ski bus stop is really near and there's a boot room with plenty space. A 15 min walk to restaurants in the evening as it's not right in the centre but we enjoyed it. Or you can use the kitchen to cook if you want to. "
