"Friendly staff and focused on finding / fixing issues. Did have problems with the a/c and they tried to fix it… after my room was changed. Location is too next to the beach and multiple restaurants and easy / free parking."

"On the first night, we had an issue with the air conditioning, so they gave us another room. However, the safe box in that room didn’t work either, so we had to move to yet another room. The first room was actually better and nicer. The last room we were given was on the ground floor. Overall, I didn’t receive the level of service I expected."

"We had a wonderful stay - the family room with the loft was perfect for our family of 4 with an 11 and 7 year old. Great location, great breakfast, very well decorated and clean!!"
