"Nice play to stay. Having breakfast was nice and good. Only complaints would be not having an elevator to load luggage upstairs, luckily staff was able to swap for same style room available downstairs. (If you have a ton to carry). Last would be that the lodge was not open for dinner due to staffing shortage they said. We came in late from a day out starving and were looking forward to that and was one of the reasons we booked here. Other than that, staff were very hospitable and kind, place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast yummy."

Despite closeness to the highway, rooms are very quiet. Highlight was the included breakfast -- fresh-ingredients, made to order, and wonderful server (Pauline). "

"The view of the night sky was excellent. It was the location that caught my attention. Definitely off the beaten path. Private. Eating dinner on the porch was my favorite. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. I would love to spend a week there. "

"Nice laid out suite not much more expensive than a room. Room 17 had two separate bedrooms and a bathroom off of one of the bedrooms.So it was great for 2 friends traveling together for privacy. Easy walking in this small town. "

"The place was underwhelming for the price, there was black ooze in the shower, all the dishes had to be washed before being used due to being dirty still. The studio was tiny and nice on the inside mostly, though the outside sure made you wonder if it was the right place. Overall, just alright."
