Beautiful place. Everything was very clean. Loved the wood burning fireplace where we sat on the couch and played card games. The views of the mountains was gorgeous. The staff was friendly and professional. Perfect stay and we will return.

The lodge is under new ownership and doing some renovations, but it has a great location and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. The addition of a hot-tub would make the lodge almost perfect.

Even though the lodge is going through some renovations, the rooms are clean and well prepared to make you feel special (for example, make-up remover and little vanity kit; slippers and robe; the coffee machine, etc.). The lodge also have a nice fire place and sitting area to enjoy it. All the staff is extremely nice and helpful.

Lodge and Lantern was in a great location close to downtown on Kicking Horse Dr, which leads to the ski hill. The room was well equipped and had everything we needed. We were impressed with the center of the lodge which featured a fireplace and seating to allow people to mingle and if so inclined to share experiences of the days events! The location was quiet. We enjoyed our stay and the accommodations and would recommend it!!

The Lodge and Lantern has a grand and welcoming foyer, with friendly staff and a massive warm fireplace, complete with a crackling fire and cozy couch. Our room was clean and fresh with a comfy bed. We enjoyed a coffee before we left. Beautiful river view from our room!

This place was lovely. It was clean and very cute. We arrived late and they had given us clear instructions of how to get in without anyone at the front desk. It was very kind of them to follow-up. We came after a long drive and had a really great sleep on the comfortable bed before having to head out in the morning. I wish we stayed longer!

The Lodge & Lantern was going through some renovations when we were there, but when they’re done, this place will stand out even more. The staff was super friendly and attentive, available via text if not at the front desk (during off hours), the rooms were on the small side, but nice and clean with upgrades, views were good, and the lobby area always had a fire lit, so it was a nice extra place to hang out. We didn’t have a car during our stay, but this place was walking distance to town, we only needed a taxi to get the bus. The ski bus picks up from the hotel. Definitely recommend!
