"We very much enjoyed our stay. The dogs next door were a bit challenging at times as my two wanted to get involved. A bit more ground cover in the yard would have helped with the mud but a drought season followed by crazy rains would make any yard challenging."

"We are workaholics and we needed this much needed vacation. The home was so peaceful, and we enjoyed our stay so much. The care takers were so kind and helpful. When we arrived late Saturday night, we were starving and tired. They had food there already that we could cook and these snacks to hold us out until we went to Walmart the next morning. What a Blessing that was for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being so kind and feeding us. I pray that your business will thrive because you know the human heart and with each act of kindness that you pass on to others the Lord opens up the gates of heaven and pours His Blessings upon you. "Rented the property for a week long family reunion. The check-in as well as the check-out went very well. What really stands out about the property is the city view from the foothills of the Sandia mountains. Plenty of hot air balloons getting ready for Balloon Festival in about a week or so. Parking is somewhat limited if family all drive their own cars. All in all, it was a great choice for our family for the week and I strongly recommend this rental."

"The house was emblematic of the town of Madrid. Charming, artful, and gypsy fun with a great kitchen. The queen bed I slept in was very comfortable. Plenty of deck space and a easy place to hang out. There are two restaurants in a coffee shop just down five minutes down the road, and a great little country store right across the street. You are on the main road, the Turquoise Highway, but in the evening was quite nice. The host, John who is the owner, was very responsive."

"Phil and Cee were excellent hosts for our trip. We spent two nights here and really enjoyed the area (Tent Rocks hike was really fantastic). Phil was a great wealth of info on the area. The yurt is well off the road and everything is very quiet. There is a brewpub about 5 miles up for great pizza or pub sandwiches/salads. If we were coming back this way we would happily rent the yurt again. Thanks again Phil and Cee"
