Another big plus was the location — it’s within walking distance to downtown, which made it easy to explore the area without needing to drive. "The worst experience of my life. Staff was so rude and totally disrespectful. She was acting like she was doing me a favor after she purposefully gave my room away. Them she tried to lie to me by saying that an entire building was flooded while I was the only person in the lobby that didn’t get a room. She found me a room at a horrible hotel that I didn’t book. I booked at the Hyatt and since I didn’t prepay, she felt it her right to give my room away and leave me stranded at 11:30pm at night. I felt totally discriminated against and I hate using that as a reason but it was totally obvious from the moment I arrived. I used to like Hyatt but now I will avoid them and I’m in the hospitality business. She honestly thought she could lie to me. The worst manager on the face of this earth. "
