"Great place close to everything!"

"Close to downtown & Colorado School of Mines. Breakfast place directly across the street, great value and great property"

"You will notice that the ratings and comments on this property are top notch The experience delivered as advertised. Jay was a great host. My wife and I got the biggest kick about how well thought out everything was about the property. Literally no stone left unturned. Jay puts his best effort into this experience. We travel a lot and we’ve never seen a rental this clean and this well thought out.As for Golden- we loved it. The property was within minutes of small and big chain grocers,...

"Sylvia and John were excellent at communicating/responding, very respectful, and offer a great clean home to stay at."

"This adorable apartment is in the heart of downtown Golden. We were steps from great restaurants, the music festival, river access and Mines. Whoever decorated the apartment has a great eye. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Communication with the host and liaison was easy and answered promptly. They were both welcoming and so helpful. Will definitely be back!"

"Great location! Perfect size for 2 people, very clean and loved having the balcony access."

"From booking to checkout, our hosts provided excellent communication, were responsive, helpful, and committed to making our stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.Inside, the open and spacious living area was welcoming and very comfortable! It provided a wonderful space to gather together to unwind after a busy day. It was also very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The location is...

"This space is very well appointed, clean, and aesthetically attractive. We spent five days there, and it was a perfect homebase."

"Our checkin process was a nightmare as the directions to even find the condo were not clear. There were no pictures or specific simple directions to follow. Then when we woke up the first morning, there was construction noise above us. The positive points were:The unit was very clean, orderly, and decorated well. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet after the first night. The book about the details of the condo and surrounding area was very helpful."

"Great condo! Great location. Friendly communication. "

"Nicely appointed apartment within walking distance of downtown and driving distance to outdoor activities."

"Exactly What You Need with No FrillsNeeded a weekend getaway for two and this place fit the bill perfectly. Needed both the bed and also the fold out couch, which was surprisingly easy to operate and very comfortable. But it’s honestly the little things that make this place so great. Host communication was top-notch throughout the experience. Kitchen was already stocked with coffee, bathroom was already stocked with soap and shampoo. We got instructions and “things to do.” Also, they buried...

"Such a Beautiful, clean, modern home with very short easy walk to town and river. Perfect location for our first trip to Golden! Highly recommend!"

"The Brewmaster's House worked well for our party - 2 couples & 2 singles. The place was clean & the kitchen rather dated, but satisfactorily equipped for the minimal food prep we did. The host thoughtfully included video instructions for the downstairs shower, whose operation was simple but not evident. We wished for more bath towels, as 1/person is sub-standard. We appreciated the convenience of the washer/dryer & iron/ironing board, which we all used. Some unbeatable advantages of the location...

"easy access .. quiet and safe street. recommended"

"The townhouse was clean and as described. Communications with the management company were seamless. The location was very convenient to grocery shopping, hikes and a short drive from downtown Golden."
