"We were delighted with this small, but well-thought out home. Four adults easily felt at home using the three bedrooms, we never had any issues with hot water or heat, as we were there during a very cold spell of temps in the upper 20s and 30s. As the driveway is not paved, I would recommend a dedicated place near the front door for shoes. Also, the batteries for the fireplace remote need replacing, as well as some lightbulbs in the lamps. "Awesome place to stay "

"This place was a perfect place for us and our 4 young children, ages 12-4. They played soccer in the yard and watched the sheep while we were there, and it was close to Colorado Bend State Park. It was fun to go to the park during the day then come relax in the evening and watch/listen to the sheep, make some dinner, and watch the beautiful sunset in the evening. We all slept great, too, thanks to the solitude/darkness/silence of the area and the beds being comfy enough! The stars were amazing. "

"This ENTIRE property is gorgeous. The management company responded any time we had questions. A tech was sent out to help with resetting the cooling and heating system. The kids were thrilled about staying in a tent. It truly was comfortable camping. The solo stove was perfect for most of our meals and the community kitchen and game area by the river were used plenty as well. Everything we needed was supplied. Great stay. Highly recommended. "
