"I absolutely love this place. Most staff is very friendly and kind. When I say most I mean all but one. I was a little worried at first, we arrived 2 hours early and I stopped at the front desk to see if there was a possibility of early check-in. The woman I asked just said no. Which I understand but she just seemed like she was in a mood. I thanked her and walked away. I came back at 4 to check-in, this time check-in was quick and easy. Kimberly was very friendly, professional and helpful throughout the process. She made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. Great customer service! We ate dinner at The Playbook Sport Bar & Grill. Lorena the bartender (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was so friendly and kind. She knows how to treat her customers. The food was great, especially the jerk chicken egg rolls."

"Was nervous after booking and seeing the bad reviews. Couldn’t cancel because it was non refundable. Well I’m glad I didn’t because I was pleasantly surprised. Front desk lady was super nice and professional. Room was clean and beds were comfy. But outdated for sure. Nothing fancy. Air conditioning worked great. It was a quick overnight stay on our long trip home. Perfect for what we needed. Close to 95. Would I want to stay multiple nights? No but for what I needed it for. Perfect"

"Very clean on the inside and we loved the historic look on the outside. The surrounding area is very picturesque and walkable. We were also pleased to see that it was part of the Marriott family as we are members."

"Check in was easy despite the construction and the employees were super friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the bed. We had a king size bed that felt like lying on a board and the pillows were stiff. The air conditioning cooled down the road quickly. The bathroom was clean."
