Nice clean hotel right next to the beach. Hotel staff very helpful especially Sonny who was always on hand to help. He gave us a sea view upgrade and also booked our taxi for the airport.

Perfect hotel and workers

It was really great experiment. Hotel is clean, beach is good, and hotel’s workers are very kindly and gentle people. They do everything to help me and answer all questions.I think I will go next summer again.they call a taxi for me ,go to airport. Taxi driver is a gentlemen too. Thanks for good holiday.

Great position-direct access to beach.

A very nice hotel right on the clean and sandy beach. Hotel provides well kept and tended sunbeds and loungers on the sand right outside hotel. Beach front bar offers great priced drinks and restaurant serves good food outside or inside. Its all about the beach!

Awesome Hotel !!! 100% recommend !

My stay at Oaz was excellent !! I emailed the night before to get directions from the main bus , they emailed me back right away with what bus to catch and how to get there , very much appreciated ! I found it easy ! You do have to walk down a little dirt road ... wasn't sure at first but then Bam you are all of a sudden at this gorgeous sea side hotel ! The staff was amazing ! Everyone wanted to help with directions and making my stay the best it could be. It was very clean ! The cleaners were always cleaning cleaning cleaning , always smelt fresh. The food was great !! Decently priced as well. The view of the sunset from this hotel was amazing ! The pool was refreshing and clean , so nice to take a dip after a long hot day of exploring Durres. If your a walker , like me , you can easily walk into Durres and explore and for the light walkers the bus comes every 30 minutes. Everything about this hotel and the staff was amazing :). Good free breakfast too. I was stuffed on eggs , veggies , cheese, pastries , and bread. You won't be disappointed here :)

On the beach

Right on the beach, excellent food, very helpful english speaking staff. Room basic but clean and functional. Better if you have a car as town is not closer enough to walk conveniently.

Tarkoituksemme oli rentoutua meren äärellä ja siihen hotelli sopi hienosti. Henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Aamiaiset olivat hyviä. Ruoka oli muutenkin hyvää ja vaihtoehtoja oli riittävästi, vaikka olimme matkalla sesongin ulkopuolelle maaliskuussa. Kesällä alueella on varmaankin ruuhkaa. Paras aika vierailuun saattaa olla syyskuussa, jolloin meri on vielä riittävän lämmin uimiseen ja pahimmat ruuhkat ovat ohi.

Wir hatten die möglichkeit das Zimmer bis 18 uhr zu bekommen und so konnten wir noch duschen bevor wir unsere Reise durch Albanien fortsetzten

l'hotel è carente per quanto riguarda gli acessori del bagno (tutti arrugginiti) e le sdraio della piscina, così grigie da sembrare ammuffite. I pagamenti con carta di credito non sono ammessi.

Good for Albania - not enough for the money.

Nice location and clean swimming pool. Rooms were too basis - bathroom too rundown. We all did not like the Albanian breakfast - everyday exactly the same. The bar outside was nice. It was too far from Durres, although this made the beach quieter. If this hotel was cheaper, we might go back.

What they need to improve

The hotel staff have to be friendly with Kosovo Albanians as well as they seems to be friendly with local Albanians ore foreigners. Internet service is very bad. All bathrooms needs to improve shower . Breakfast is very poor,

OK if you like beach holidays

The Hotel Oaz advertised payment by credit card but like many other places in Albania this isn't true (or at least the story is always "terminal not working") so it's cash. The air conditioning was out of action when we arrived but it was fixed on our final day (day 2) so that was a relief because it does get hot & humid in Durres.

Hotel direkt am Strand

Das Personal ist außerordentlich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Englisch sollte man aber beherrschen,da ansonsten die Verständigung sehr schwierig ist. Das Frühstück ist für uns "etwas gewöhnungs-bedürftig" insbesondere der angebotene Kaffee war, naja ..! Es besteht aber die Möglichkeit, sein Frühstück auf der Terrasse einzunehmen und sich hier mit ausgezeichneten Kaffee,kleiner Preis, zu versorgen. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und verfügen über eine Klimaanlage.Kleines Manko: Keine Nachtischlampen sowie Fliegengitter. Bei unserem Aufenthalt gab es sehr viele Mücken, also Autan einpacken. Die Matrazenqualität war ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer, Bad, sowie insbesondere das WC, waren super sauber. Ein Verdienst der überaus freundlichen Zimmermädchen, die wirklich täglich gründlich die Zimmer reinigten, jeden Tag frische Handtücher und jeden zweiten Tag einen Wäschewechsel vornahmen. Fazit: Das Hotel OAZ ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Der Strand sowie der Pool wurden täglich gereinigt.Am Strand gab es für jedes Zimmer zwei Liegen sowie einen Sonnenschirm unentgeldlich. Ach, übrigens: Lassen Sie sich nicht von dem Anfahrtsweg und der Lage des Hotels von hinten ab- schrecken. Sie sind in Albanien!

Hotel en Durres, Albania

Hotel típico de playa un poco flojo para los niveles occidentales pero para el nivel del país es posible que no sea malo. Lo mejor si tienes intención de ir a la playa en Albania es que la puerta del hotel da a la playa directamente y sombrillas y hamacas están incluidas en el precio, que por cierto es bajísimo. El desayuno, incluido en el precio, es más que correcto y existe WIFI gratuito en zonas públicas así como aparcamiento. Encontrarlo no es nada sencillo y de nos er que hay un cartel colgado en la autovía sería dificilísimo llegar al hotel. En la autovía se debe ir por un carril auxiliar sentido sur ya que si se circula por la autovía no hay acceso.
