"Upon arrival, I was met with a wonderful night manager who promptly checked me in, offered me water and I had forgotten my toothbrush so, she gave me one with toothpaste. The room was a decent sized and I was delightfully surprised that it had a balcony. I enjoyed all the amenities from the bathrobe, the rain shower, and the balcony. I didn’t have time to walk around the casino or enjoy the spa but I will definitely look into it next time. A wonderful experience overall."

"This is a pet-friendly hotel that’s clean and well-maintained, with genuinely kind and welcoming staff. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the stay feel a bit more special—like the mimosa bar this weekend. Little details like that really elevate the experience and make you feel taken care of."

"Property was pristine. Staff was so efficient and pleasant and helped with everyone of our needs. "

"There were several issues but the most memorable was the water pressure with the shower head. It was basically a trickle. It was like showring with a waterhose on the lowest water settings. When I wanted to make coffe in the room, there was old coffee still there. The televisions connection was the worst, it kept pixalating and freezing. I could hear the other rooms water pressure all night. When I went to get coffee from the lobby's free breakfast, there was a homeless woman eating breakfast in the lobby and knowbody blinked an eye. I could go on. But i think I've said enough."

"1) I have loved and enjoyed this place for many years; however, this last trip failed to meet the standards of previous trips, which took time and money away from other parts of my stay. 2) On every previous trip, there has been a phone charger, a dresser, a note pad, tissues, and a desk, but these are no longer available. Can you imagine even a low-budget motel not offering a place for folded clothing? 3) There seemed to be a lot of noise this time that I do not remember from previous trips. It may have something to do with the thinner drapes, though the drapes did block out the light very well"
