"The hotel is located in a relatively convenient location. You have to walk a couple of blocks to get to food or attractions. When you walk somewhere, you go through a commercial district, featuring mechanics’ shops. We also encountered the church close by giving out free bags of food one night. The line stretched out at least a block. The breakfast was nice to have but it didn’t have any variety day to day. The air conditioning was not working but we were not told that until the day we checked out. There was never an offer of a fan or anything. The room and bathroom were a nice size and we had plenty of space to put our suitcases. Both the room and bathroom appeared to be clean on the surface but I noticed a lot of grimy buildup around the toilet and baseboards."

"My experience at this hotel was completely unacceptable. The front desk staff were incredibly rude, and management was just as dismissive and unprofessional. In an industry that is supposed to be built on hospitality, the lack of basic courtesy and compassion—especially toward guests traveling from other countries—is inexcusable. As a medical professional, I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism, and what I encountered here fell far below any reasonable standard. I reported a broken refrigerator twice, and it was never repaired. This level of neglect clearly shows a lack of accountability and concern for guests. From the poor service to unresolved maintenance issues, this hotel demonstrated a consistent pattern of disregard for its customers. This was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had, and I would strongly caution others against staying here."

"Great location and we have stayed in Barcelona many times. This was worth it even just for the stunning roof terrace. Panoramic view of the city with the amazing Sagrada Familia taking centre stage. Room was really nice with lovely shower. Staff always really helpful even when we arrived after midnight."

"Excellent location for hoping on the Metro to see all tht Barcelona has to offer and it is easy and value to get around. Very good local amenities like coffee shops for breakfast or lunch, if you like to explore the area your in. The hotel staff were amazing and willing to make your stay memorable and stress free. The rooms are modern and large, with only the bedroom doors needing a designers touch ;-). We only got to use the top terrace bar, with pool once, however highly recommend you pop up for the 360 view. Amazing views of the Sagrada Famillia, especially at night and other attractions, and good if you want to wind down after a long hot day. Be mindful it shuts at 9pm."
