I was able to communicate with staff via the Expedia messaging feature and the staff ensured that despite our late arrival, our check-in was smooth and pleasant. "4 stars in the USA is equal to 2 stars in Italy. Beds are uncomfortable, electricity outage are often. Need to pay for the umbrella on the beach. Fantastic breakfast and delicious dinners."

"It just didn’t seem like what was shown online. I had the impression that it was like a hotel. It was not. We were only given one role of toilet paper, so we had to ask the host to bring some. We have to give him props for coming to give us some though. There also wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner, it just seemed disappointing. We didn't pay that much so I guess you get what you pay for."

"Such a great hotel! Breakfast is amazing! Room great, beds really comfortable. Staff so helpful and kind. Pool is not huge, but being on the roof there is really no shade and limited sun loungers. We only used the pool once, but the beach is a 2 min walk & so nice! Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel!!"
