My friend and I slept at the reception because they didnât give us the information about the key and we call the customer service number the whole night and no one ever picked at the same time no one was around the hotel ..How come at the hotle all the staffs left ??I was very disappointed with the service "

"Wish we could give more than 5 stars! We stayed here for a lengthy time and felt cared for every step of the way. Communication with the host was excellent--she responded within minutes every time and was so so flexible. Check-in was easy, with photos included of the property and access. The property is absolutely lovely! Up-to-date furnishings, quiet neighborhood, charming terrace. We were amazed at all the extras, such as soap and shampoo, several extra trash bags, and even a welcome bottle of wine. They've thought of everything! The property is close to transportation (we didn't have a car) and a nice local market. I'd recommend this 100% and would stay again."
