"Easy access to the beach. The balcony is partitioned off which provides a sense of privacy while sitting out back looking at the waves. The view was fantastic. The room itself was serviceable and clean..no real issues although there was a faint smell of smoke upon arriving. The price, balcony view and access to the water easily made up for any shortcomings and overall it was a great experience! "

"The location is perfect, close to the beach and restaurants. The unit was very nice with a comfortable bed and large living room. The water is very soft and delicious. Not at all like most municipal water systems. I especially enjoyed the Beaches restaurant next door. Huge portions and very good service with low prices. I wish I owed a unit just like it. Enjoy "

"Great place! There were a couple of things that need to be fix but nothing that was an inconvenience. The place was nice and clean and the location was excellent. Getting to the beach and pool was an easy walk or even ride on the tram that is available. The location of the property is also very close to so many places for groceries, food, and shopping. Would definitely stay here again! "
