The location is great, just outside Wavre, close to the motorway. Parking is easy and lots of it.
The breakfast was one of best we've ever had. Freshly cooked sausages, bacon, eggs etc. Fresh fruit juice (not watered down like in some hotels), Warm pastries and a variety of other delights!
The staff on reception and in the restaurant were also friendly, welcoming and smart.
There is no air conditioning, however a fan was provided and the blinds reduce the sun.
Coffee and tea is available in the lobby."

Rooms are new and modern with an exceptionally comfortable bed.
Air conditioning a 7/10. Better than many European hotels but although it shows capable of being set at 16 C it canât do it, will go no cooler than 19 C only.
As others have mentioned on their reviews the hotel car park is exceptionally difficult to find. I think future guests would benefit from a detailed guide on here how to find the car park (Martinâs Agora, although Grand Place is also nearby and cheaper).
The road system in this city is underground so Waze etc isnât fully functional, which doesnât help either. The road system doesnât help at all with finding the hotel & whoever designed it should never design another road again!
However overall because the hotel is exceptional and now I know how to get to the car park, Iâll definitely stay here again if Iâm in the area."
