"Great staff, layout of the rooms is impressive, parking is easy. Towels were extra soft and fluffy, linens were excellent. Took us two days to find the coffee as it was tucked behind a tip envelope on a table, not in the kitchen. You know how ppl are w/o their coffee lol. Hot tub was awesome the first night but not hot enough the second (same as when we stayed here in Jan) - covering the hot tub at night would help keep it hot when overnight temperatures are cold. Shuttle was mint with one especially fabulous driver (the one with the tunes 😁)."

"Perfect for families. The kitchen supplies are minimal so I wouldn’t plan on cooking any involved meals, but enough supplies for simple items. Kids running in the hallways. The room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. I’m glad I upgraded to the lakefront view. We didn’t utilize the restaurant or spa so I cannot comment there, but would stay again. "

"The accommodation is well designed, allowing multiple guests to enjoy private and comfortable spaces in the rooms and bathrooms. It felt very cozy, just like home. The location was excellent—less than 10 minutes to the grocery store, downtown, and the ski resort, making it convenient in every direction. The walking trail in front of the condo was beautiful as well. We would love to visit again in another season. "
