Piccolo rifugio
Questa abitazione all’ interno di uno splendido parco circondati da giardini ben curati con vista mozzafiato sul mare blu del Golfo Aranci ci ha permesso di trascorrere 2 settimane di vero relax. La dimora di S’Abba e Sa Pedra offre anche l’accesso alla piscina residenziale sorvegliata da uno staff competente e accogliente. Dal ns arrivo sino alla ns partenza la persona preposta è stata sempre disponibile. La dimora è diventata per noi un piccolo rifugio dove rilassarsi e concedersi momenti di convivialita’ nel assoluto silenzio del parco. Da non sottovalutare l’originalità dell’ arredamento e la comodità dello spazio esterno. I proprietari sempre attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti!! Esperienza fortemente consigliata che sicuramente ripeteremo!!

L’appartement est super, il est situé dans une résidence avec une piscine vue sur la mer. L’appartement est beaucoup plus beau que sur les photos, Andrea s’est montré très flexible sur les horaires d’arrivé et de départ. Je recommande ce lieu pour visiter le nord de la Sardaigne

La casa è incantevole , curata nei dettagli e pulita, la posizione è molto comoda e la vista sul mare molto bella, unico inconveniente può essere la vicinanza al cancello principale d'ingresso per cui il viavai delle auto davanti alla casa è frequente, a parte questo è tutto molto bello ed il proprietario di casa gentile e disponile. A due passi dal mare
Il signor Andrea molto disponibile e con lui anche la signora Eva che ci ha accolti appena ha potuto viste le nostre esigenze . L’appartamento si trova in un villaggio / residence con piscina molto grazioso, ben curato e sul mare. Una piccola isola felice . Noi eravamo due adulti e un cane ed eravamo sistemati molto comodi in quanto i posti sono 4. Arredato con gusto, pulito , ben organizzato e anche senza aria condizionata molto fresco. La veranda esterna è una vera chicca per dopo cena tranquilli e caratteristici. Piu Spiagge raggiungibili a piedi con mare comunque bellissimo e calette tra le più belle in zona con pochi minuti di auto. Unica “pecca” è che essendo direttamente sul passaggio era un po’ disturbata in quanto alcuni villeggianti non erano molto rispettosi con le macchine . È stata una bellissima settimana di pace e relax in un luogo stupendo !

Wirklich schön! Schade ist Eingangsstrasse direkt neben Eingang des Objekts. Herbst wie wir dort waren aber kaum störend, bei Vollbesetzung der schönen Siedlung sicher nicht so angenehm! Verwalterin sehr zuverlässig und hilfsbereit! Note 1 schlecht, Note 6 excelent. Unsere Note 5

Magnifica esperienza
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dal 29 giugno al 7 luglio 2019. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è fornita di tutto, molto carina, dotata di ogni comfort. La mancanza di aria condizionata non è stata un problema in quanto già molto fresca di suo. I proprietari gentilissimi, pronti ad accorrere ad ogni bisogno ed esigenza che, con due bimbi piccoli come i nostri, sono all'ordine del giorno. A questo proposito cogliamo l'occasione per ringraziare Andrea e Rossana. Piscina all'interno del villaggio pulita,confortevole e ben tenuta. La spiaggia che c'è piaciuta di più è raggiungibile a piedi ma con un sentiero da percorrere un po' scomodo. Speriamo vivamente di poter nuovamente ritornare in questo splendido posto anche l'anno prossimo. Gian Luca e Stefania

Appartamento delizioso per quattro persone arredato con moltissimo gusto!!! Splendida la piscina.
Abbiamo trascorso un'ottima vacanza in appartamento, la prima settimana di luglio. La casina è deliziosa in tutti i suoi particolari. Si sta comodi in quattro persone perché ci sono due bagni. La cosa particolare che mi ha colpito sono le due porte finestre che danno sulla veranda d'entrata. In quest'ultima c'è un enorme divano ricavato nella "roccia" con cuscini per seduta. Originalissimo!!!! È un appartamento fresco perché i muri sono molto spessi, in sasso. L' unica critica che mi sento di descrivere è la scarsa luminosità delle camere. Davvero l'unica cosa!!! Non troppo importante poiché essendo appartamento d'uso estivo la luce è comunque maggiore che d'inverno e lo mantiene sicuramente più fresco. Devo fare assolutamente i complimenti al proprietario molto gentile e disponibile in tutto e per tutto!! Ha arredato la casa con moltissimo gusto, bellissimi gli specchi dei due bagni, creati a mano. Splendide anche le nicchie porta oggetti dei bagnetti e del corridoio occupate da enormi conchiglie. Davvero bella la piscina sistuata in una zona terrazzamento sul mare vicino alla costa con uno splendido prato all'inglese. Ottima e tranquilla la location baia caddinas!! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!!

Appartamento super confortevole
All'interno di un complesso residenziale privato, con accessi sulle bellissime e poco affollate calette di Golfo Aranci, è il posto ideale per starsene comodi ed in relax con il meraviglioso mare sardo a 100m di distanza. Per varie ed eventuali, è possibile accedere anche alla piscina del complesso, ma sarà difficile preferirla al mare! L'appartamento è ben curato e arredato, con due belle camere, due bagni con due docce e un bellissimo portico coperto. Grazie alla particolare posizione e alla buona ventilazione, rimane fresco tutto il giorno.
