The “S’Abba and Sa Pedra” complex hosts two beautiful and large swimming pools (one for adults and one for the kids) and is just 2 km from Golfo Aranci centre, 8 km from Porto Rotondo and 15 km from Olbia (port and airport).
Two sandy beaches are just in front of the complex, while Baia Caddinas beach is also very close, within walking distance (200 meters). It has a magnificent view of the island of Tavolara and a wonderful garden surrounding it.
This brand new and exclusive property of 200 square meters, recently completed (2018) and luxuriously furnished, is located in the front row, overlooking the sea and with direct access to the pool, in the village of S’abba e sa pedra,
The apartment is characterized by the spaciousness of the rooms and the refinement of the furnishings as well as an absolutely unique and privileged position in one of the most elegant residences of Sardinia.
It features a large living area with fully equipped open kitchen and access to the covered terrace directly overlooking the sea, 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and storage area. Equipped with every comfort it is ideal to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment also have one own parking space and free internet wi.fi.

N.B.: The opening of the swimming pool is established on 1st May but may be subject to variations based on particular climatic conditions. The pool closes on October 30th.
