We loved the Villa Delphi. The view was spectacular, there‘s a little beach right at the villa so we would jump in the water every day before breakfast. It was hard to leave. (Oh, lots of mosquitos in the area so you are better off if you bring a mosquito net). Amazing place- 5 stars. ❤️

Fantastic location directly on ocean front - good accommodations lacking some simple amenities sugar bathroom amenities soap shampoo etc - garbage disposal somewhat complicated - aside from the above highly recommended 5 star facility- small private beach next to apartment -fantastic stay - beautiful views

Lage der Wohnung sehr schön, leider keine direkte Bademöglichkeit .. näherer kleiner Strand total überfüllt … die Terrasse der Wohnung toll, aber Küche und vor allem das Bad sollten einmal renoviert werden … Vermieterin Frau Rocca sehr freundlich, sie stellte uns Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung , die im hohen Mietpreis nicht enthalten waren ..

Die Wohnung ist mit ihrem Ausblick einmalig, die Einrichtung gepflegt, aber wie in Italien teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Küche ist Perfekt ausgestattet... Da es bei uns extrem heiß war, wäre eine Klimaanlage ein Traum gewesen, es stehen aber in jedem Zimmer ein Ventilator zur Verfügung.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans le logement de Luciana. Il est très bien situé et la vue est juste incroyable ! Il est confortable et spacieux. Il y a une petite plage est à quelques mètres de la villa. Top pour les enfants. Il y a des commerces proches (superette, restaurants, ...).

Das Appartement befindet sich in wunderbarer Lage. Die Einrichtung ist einfach. Insgesamt könnte die Wohnung etwas mehr Pflege vertragen. Die Terrassentür lässt sich nur mit Gewalt öffnen. Das Fenster im Wohnzimmer ist undicht, so dass am ersten Abend bei Regen Wasser bis unter den Tisch lief.

Man hört die Wellen zum Aufwachen und Einschlafen. Die Terrasse bietet einen Ausblich auf das Meer und den Fährhafen. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich, denn in der Ortschaft gibt es fußläufig ein Restaurant. Zur costa smeralda nah aber auch die sechs Strände in der Nähe können sich sehen lassen.

The cleanliness was very poor. Rats visit us day and night on the balcony. The owner was rude when we asked for a toaster and a fun to be replaced.

Wohnung liegt quasi direkt am Meer. Wir haben die Wohnung im ersten Stock bewohnt, von der großen Terrasse aus kann man über die ganze Bucht blicken bis zum Hafen von Golfo Aranci, sieht die Isola tavolara und kann die Fährschiffe und Segelboote beobachten. (Die Fährschiffe die oft auch lange im Hafen stehen konnten wir allerdings auch hören, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat.) Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Wohnanlage mit 5 weiteren Wohnungen, direkt daneben befindet sich eine kleine Bucht. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war dort leider recht viel Seegras im Wasser. Eine größere Bucht befindet sich in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß vor dem Hotel Baia Caddinas. Die Lage der Wohnung ist prima für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. 20 Minuten bis Olbia, viele weitere Strände und Buchten in der Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet und großzügig geschnitten. Lediglich die Küche fanden wir ein bisschen zu klein (kaum Arbeitsfläche) und ein bisschen chaotisch ausgestattet (Töpfe ohne passende Deckel etc.. .). Dafür aber mit tollem großem Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Übergabe verlief entspannt und unkompliziert.

In der Villa Delphin hat man von jedem Zimmer eine schöne Aussicht aufs Meer, die Isola Tavolara und das Capo Figari. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und man kann auch drinnen mit Meersicht essen.

Ottima sistemazione in un posto magnifico direttamente sul mare. Non do 5 stelle solo perche i mobili e gli elettrodomestici sono un po' vecchi (forno a gas , frigo che si ghiacciava ventilatore che andava in pezzi).

Einschlafen bei Meeresrauschen....unschlagbar. Das Quartier ist fast noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die direkte Aussicht auf die Bucht mit ihren Fährschiffen (nicht zu hören, nicht zu riechen) ist unschlagbar. Direkt nebenan ein Muschelkalk-Strand mit Wiese, zugängig über eine eigene Pforte vom Grundstück aus (hier auch eigene Aussendusche). Ruhige Wohngegend (zumindest in der Vorsaison). Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, sogar Waschmaschine. Restaurants und Supermarkt (Brot, Brötchen, Käse und Frischwurst) in Fußnähe oder auch 5 min. per Auto, z.B. Richtung Porto Golfo Aranci (Korsika-Fähre).Fast alle Fenster bidentief mit Holz-Fensterläden. Da abgeschlossenes Grundstück, welches direkt ans Meer grenzt, Schlafen bei offenen Fernstern und/oder offenen Läden gut möglich. Somit auch nachts trotz Tageshitze erträgliche Temperaturen. Mückenschutz zu empfehlen. Obere Wohnungen mit großen Terrassen, untere Wohnungen mit Schatten-Veranda und Wiese (rundherum mit Oleander und Büschen bewachsen). Überall Liegestühle, sowie Tische und Stühle. TV mit Received vorhanden. 2.freier Steckplatz für z.B. Skky-Karte vorhanden, kann also mitgebracht werden (ansonsten nur einige wenige italienische Programme). Kurzum: der schönste Urlaubsort, an dem wir jemals waren.....warum ? Lage, Lage, Lage.... Was sollte man unbedingt gemacht haben ? Von Palau aus einen Tages-Segeltörn ins Madalena-Archipel....incl. Verpflegung an Bord ca.80€ p.P. Zu empfehlen: 49feet Duvor-Yacht "Maste" mit Scipper Marco und Bootsmann Dennis: einfach genial.....schöner als die Karibik. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.....

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Delphin war sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung ist gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse mit gemauertem Grill, Sonnenliegen, Tisch und Stühlen ist super großzügig und wurde von uns täglich genutzt. Den Blick auf das Meer und die Isola Tavolara war einzigartig und wir werden ihn so schnell nicht vergessen.... Die Betten sind ebenfalls super, die Küche in Ordnung (leider etwas spartanisch ausgestattet). Das Haus ist recht hellhörig, aber es kann auch am Temperament des Nachbarn gelegen haben, der schon am Morgen schlechte Laune hatte. Nicht zu vergessen die Nähe zum Meer (direkt am Haus) und zum Supermarkt (wir hatten ein Fahrrad dabei- aber auch fussläufig gut zu erreichen). Alles in allem ein unvergesslicher, schöner Aufenthalt!

Apartment was in a great, quiet location, had all the necessary elements, but what really set it apart from others we had seen was the view, which was truly breathtaking. Proximity to the water meant you could hear the sea at all times and walk straight onto the shoreline. Will definitely stay again

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce magnifique appartement. La vue est merveilleuse. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps estival en ce mois d'avril et pris tout nos repas dehors. Il manque juste un peu d'équipement en vaisselle, une cafetière serait bien ainsi qu'un micro onde. Sur la terrasse, les transats seraient peut-être à changer (ou mettre des matelas) car le plastique est cuit et déteint, cela ne nous a pas dérangé particulièrement, car nous avons beaucoup visité les environs. La région est très belle, et nous avons eu la chance de voir les dauphins. La connexion wifi serait aussi un plus. Quoi qu'il en soit ce fut d'excellentes vacances et la propriétaire est très gentille et serviable. Merci à Luciana Florence

Amazing view made it very hard to leave. Owners are great and very friendly. Far enough away from town so it's not too crazy.. Close enough when you want to go.. Nice Pizza place in walking distance. Local little beach and rocks in front are great for snorkeling. Will stay here again!
