"The hotel is in a nice location but that’s all, dated and in poor condition. There is no restaurant on site but some food ones around 3 mins away driving though. Worse mattress ever, which we requested change but that didn’t happened. Wouldn’t recommend it despite nice reception staff "

"Points positifs: un appartement vaste avec 2 salles de bains et propre. Points négatifs: une heure pour trouver le lieu du check-in (dans un hotel qui porte un nom différent), obligation de mettre un bonnet de bain pour accéder à la piscine, mais surtout, contrairement à ce qui était annoncé sur Hotels.com, l'appartement n'était pas climatisé. Seule une chambre était équipée mais le "climatiseur" ne rafraichissait qu'à peine la chambre et faisait bcp de bruit. Dans la deuxième chambre à l'étage...

"The apartment is decorated in a basic way, but definitely comfortable. A bit more kitchen equipment would have been useful, but since we only stayed a week we didn't really need to cook more than once. There is no AC, but the apartment stayed cool during the day and the fans help to ventilate so we slept excellently. The location of Costa Ruja is perfect if you want to explore the Costa Smeralda. There are plenty of gorgeous and quiet beaches less than a 15 min drive from the property. The pool...

"Bad experience. We booked after our evening flight was canceled and got there in a taxi in 20 minutes but there was no apparent way to check in that late. It was closed. We telephoned but no response, so we found another hotel and went to bed. Woke up the next morning to a WhatsApp message sent overnight, with check-in instructions. Too late, sadly. This is clearly a small business operating with a skeleton staff, and allowances can be made for that but the real problem was the customer service...

"Struttura un po' datata, avrebbe bisogno di un aggiornamento dato anche il costo. Comodi i letti. Posizione ottima per arrivare senza prendere l'auto alla zona del porto. Non ha un parcheggio dedicato né un area per sostare per cui risulta veramente scomodo scaricare o caricare l'auto."

"This is a lovely, comfortable apartment with outside terraces front and back providing perfect sitting areas to absorb probably the best view I’ve ever had the pleasure to look at - across Porto Rotondo. The place is immaculate and well equipped and sits within a resort with pool, play area and nice grounds for a short stroll. It’s in easy reach of a lovely beach, various restaurants and grocery shopping. Had a lovely stay and would very happily visit again"
