"I had the best time here, mostly cause it was a last minute reservation. The staff was so friendly, service minded and exceptional in everyway. The view of the place was unbeatable and couldn’t have as for something better. Rooms are a bit simple but gives it charm, the staff doesn’t speak english and we communicated thru google translate and was fine. But a must stay at least onces if visiting Bodrum. Its central and close to everywhere a juvel in Bodrum"

"Reserved room with sea view but there is no sea view unless you go into the terrace/garden The reception staff was not capable of giving proper recommendations for local places"

"The Elista Hotel is a beautiful boutique style hotel located near the water. I am sure this hotel is very popular doing the summer season however, my stay was during off-season and there weren’t very many people around or things to do. I can’t take away from how beautiful the Elista Hotel is and how clean and spacious my room was. The bed was super comfortable and the huge big screen TV was a nice plus. The hotel is beautifully decorated. I believe they have a resident dog who barked at me during my arrival, but then he calmed down. I’m not a dog person, but I’m sure people who like pets will probably like this dog. The front desk staff member who helped me check-in was sweet and kind. She had a warm smile as she greeted us and made us feel very welcomed. The other staff member Ali who helped us was also amazing. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. As I mentioned, the hotel is on the water, so I’m sure during the season it’s is a great place to be. There are several restaurants and a grocery store nearby. "

"Despite its scenic location, landscaped layout and stylish rooms, this hotel currently lacks the standards of a truly higher end offering. Staff are very polite and friendly but not at all experienced. Breakfast was quite lacklustre, despite the bounty and variety of local produce. Large cleaning carts parked in guest toilets, conversations interrupted with POS machines to settle extra charges in haste signal some training and managerial issues. The hotel group may be expanding a bit too fast and its service standard is not in keeping with a five-star at all. "
