"We came from four different states. We were a range of ages from 8-73. The place was so well set up for our family. We celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas and being a family. The children enjoyed playing cricket and footy with some of the adults. The Bush Mechanic DVD was a hit as we knew most of the actors. Board games were played with much laughter and a little manipulation. Food was eaten in abundance. We really appreciated the fruit bowl, different types of milk and breakfast...

"Amanda is a great host. My family of 4 has a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. She provide her personal touch by making a loaf of bread and apricot loaf. Her fridge was stock with various beverages and milk as well a bottle of wine. Bacon and sausage were provided for breakfast. We get to pat the horse, donkey and dogs. Thank you Amanda."

"The most unique part was the seeing the sun rise through the window, framed by the branches in the trees. The peace and quiet of the location and the simplicity of just cabin and nature was wonderful. Communication to us was great, and the facility and preparations were spot on."

"Had two wonderful nights at Barossa House, it was very well located to both vineyards and towns. The check in was very easy. Sophia made us feel at home with nothing to hard for her. Breakfast was excellent Would definitely stay there again if we get beck to the Barossa."
