I reached the hotel at 11:30pm and he was there waiting for me for check-in. He was patient, cordial and helped me carry my bags to the room. Also, on one of the nights I requested a dessert which got late, so as a compensation for the lateness, they did not charge me for it. The breakfast was very good, and tasty. The staff was very cordial and service oriented. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a coffee machine with very good tasting coffee."
