"We only stayed one day/night prior to boarding a Viking tour but would have enjoyed staying longer. The space more than met our needs (we were 2 couples). Beyond clean and the young man who came to check on the AC helped us get to a pharmacy and provided easy directions to the bus around the corner which took us within a few blocks of the cruise port. "Es war sehr gut zu finden. Bekam morgens eine SMS wo sich der Schlüssel befindet/Keycode und ab da, kann man die Wohnung benutzen. Hat alles prima geklappt. Kleine übersichtliche Küche - alles vorhanden - auch Geschirrtuch und Spülschwamm. Brauchte gleich am 1 Tag noch einen zusätzlichen Topf - Antwort per SMS kam sofort und Isabelle hat sich sehr gekümmert- 1 Std später stand er vor der Tür. Klimaanlage war auf Temp. Schlafzi hat 2 Rollos am Dachfenster zum dunkeln- was uns sehr wichtig ist....

"Schreckliche Unterkunft. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher haben extrem gestunken, sodass wir während des Aufenthalts unsere eigenen Badetücher als Decke benutzen mussten. Geputzt wurde vor unserer auch nicht. Küchenutensilien waren nicht sauber und Ausstattung völlig unzureichend. Das Bad hat extrem geschimmelt und der Duschhahn war aus der Wand gerissen. Das ganze Haus ist in einem desolaten Zustand. "

"Sehr nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Check-in unkompliziert über eine Schlüsselbox. Die Wohnung ist vom Platz vollkommen ausreichend für 5 Personen und hübsch hergerichtet. Der sozioökonomische Status im Viertel ist eher niedriger, die Stadt aber in 10 min fußläufig zu erreichen und auch die Anbindung an die Straßenbahn ist sehr gut. Die Betten sind gut und nachts ist es für die zentrale Lage wirklich ruhig."

"War alles in allem sehr entspannt. Für Check-In gibt es ein Schlusselbox. Die Ausstattung der Küche bzw. Hauses bittet alles was man für ein Wochenende brauchen kann. Die Sauberkeit in Allgemeinem ist in Ordnung, kann aber sicherlich besser werden."

"- photo non actuelle (appartement dégradé depuis : appartement sale, prises qui sortent du mur, joints cuisine et sdb moisis)- tout le mobilier ainsi que les portes sont chancelant/de travers - un lit double détérioré (lattes qui tombent du cadran pendant la nuit)- machine a laver qui ne fonctionne pas.Appartement qui devrait être remis en état pour la location !"
