The air conditioning rattles louder than the local train line behind the hotel making it difficult sleep and there is no ceiling fan to keep cool as an alternative. The furniture is stained, possibly with mildew. The bathroom has limescale, mould and a blocked sink. The bathroom towels were frayed and grey. The light switches had been weirdly painted over. Uncomfortable bed and bedding. The water is not drinkable, yet they only give you 2 small bottles...

Staff polite and attentive, my room AC was deemed faulty after a few hours from check-in and was fixed by a technician within 30min after reporting.
