"Something of the worst, the room was not cleaned and there was a couple of nails in the floor which you stepped on. No WiFi working. But the worst thing was, the breakfast, everything tasted moldy, even the water and coffee. Never again!"

"Be aware: the listing shows only the units on the water. What you may actually be booking has no water around it. When we checked in we found that we were booked for a “Garden Unit,” meaning a boat parked on the grass several meters away from any water. Your view from such a unit will likely be weeds, not water. "My second time staying here in 2 years. As its a ideal location while in Udine for busy . The city center is just a 15 minute short walk in to the heart of this place with great dinning and places to drink. I am already looking at booking again for later this year."
