Stunning resort on a quiet hill overlooking the city. Staff were amazing, the resteraunt was good and the views were stunning. As with the whole area, there were a few issues with water shortages, brief power cuts and sketchy wifi but the staff always do their best to fix whatever they can.

It is a very beautiful and quiet place. The rooms are huge and very clean. Beautiful terrace. But the best of all, the staff, expecially the one of the restaurant. I went for Simien for three days and my mother, which doesn't speak English, stayed at the hotel. All the staff took care of her like family! Also the manager, Miracle, was awesome!! Thank you so much!

The view of Gondar from my room was amazing and my room had a wonderful patio as well. The location on the hill was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful although not the most efficient. The amenities were good except they don’t supply conditioners.

Staff very friendly and room was great minus the wifi which was terrible. The only other thing that really bothered me was I was told I could pay by card for my tour and I spent like an hour trying to get cash out because of the issue. I also broke my phone after they kept coming in and to bother me while trying to get money out. Other than that it was great. Oh and food is mediocre, juice is great though.
