"The location was good! Restaurants shopping ect. Getting in and out of the apartment was Very hard! 50 steps straight up! 4 flights to get up to the apartment!! No hand rails mold on the walls all the way up the stairs! Only one light working in the bathroom. Only one sheet provided for the couch downstairs. No pillows or blankets!! I was bitten by bugs sleeping there!! No hot water!! We contacted to management they said it takes over one hour to get hot water. I checked the hot water...

We accidentally blew the fuse in our room from a hair product and we were quickly given a new room right across from our original room. We really appreciate the staff here and the location is perfect. Would highly recommend staying here on your trip to Porto!"

"We were told before travelling there was a regular shuttle bus from airport to the hotel but there isn’t. You will need to phone hotel upon arrival to ask them to send the bus. One of the reception staff pointedly told us this was the case and was generally negative. Rest of the staff were very nice. On the whole nice hotel although cooked breakfast was cold."
