"Really great villa with character and style!The pool area is fantastic and there are lots of rooms, but only 2 bathrooms, so make sure you're happy to share. 2 small but functional kitchens made cooking simple things doable.Maria was communicative and helpful before and during our stay - she was lovely enough to buy us some groceries ahead of time as we were arriving late. "The location was good! Restaurants shopping ect. Getting in and out of the apartment was Very hard! 50 steps straight up! 4 flights to get up to the apartment!! No hand rails mold on the walls all the way up the stairs! Only one light working in the bathroom. Only one sheet provided for the couch downstairs. No pillows or blankets!! I was bitten by bugs sleeping there!! No hot water!! We contacted to management they said it takes over one hour to get hot water. I checked the hot water...

"Great location. Fairly new hotel with nice décor providing you like the darker/moody colour palette. Personally, for us it lacked a few basic things in the room for a 5 star hotel like a teaspoon (coffee machine and cups in room but no teaspoons) no corkscrew, no wine glasses. Slightly unusual layout with the toilet area having no basin so you had to come out of the toilet and go into the separate shower/basin area to wash hands. Air conditioning was great and we appreciated bottles of water each day. Cleaning also excellent."

"The property is in a central location with many restaurants around , walking distance to main attractions. Room was nice enough. Staff are pleasant. Breakfast could be good for most people. It is heavy on pastries and the eggs are not great. My main problem was the bed. I was not comfortable and did not sleep well. Also there is significant noise coming from surrounding bars on Saturday nights until 2 am. Other nights were ok but I did use earplugs."
