At the entrance, a pretty typical Gascon stone staircase welcomes you, opening on the left onto a bright kitchen with central island, fully renovated and fully equipped. The large living / dining room with wood stove (wood included in winter) and Smart TV, with an XL bay window, gives direct access to the south side terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and bbq! Lovers of beers and cold drinks will appreciate the second fridge in the laundry room, which serves as a beer fridge for the owner; and kids will love the small chest freezer for storing ice cream. In addition, this 1862 stone house remains very cool in summer.

A shared bathroom with shower, bath and 2 separate toilets are available on this level. Upstairs, 4 other people can be accommodated in two bedrooms (1 double XL 180 bed in one, and two 90 twin beds - which are connected by a flange - in the other bedroom) and share a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.

The two bedrooms upstairs are air-conditioned; the other two bedrooms on the ground floor stay cool enough in summer and are equipped with fans should they be needed.

In the living room, you will find some board games: family trivial pursuit, scrabble, checkers / chess, monopoly, backgammon ...

Outside, private parking on site and 1000m2 of land to explore at the top of a hill with panoramic views of the Pyrenees. Badminton, pétanque, lazing on the deckchairs, bbq evenings, aperitifs and naps on the program.
