Reservation issues, took a long time to check in. Friendly staff. Hotel ran out of towels and was only able to have initial towels in room from first night of a 4 night stay. Room was clean and beds were good. Hotel is a bit run down, but for just a place to sleep for a night, it is okay.

Don’t pay over $100 to stay.

We were in town for a music festival. What probably would have normally been a room that costs $60 a night was over $300, I’m guessing that was because of the festival. I was hoping this would be a reason for the hotel to really step things up, but it was a basic room that didn’t feel very sanitary. The shower looked as if it had not been cleaned in a while, maybe a rinse. There was a booger on the shower curtain. The water smelled and tasted weird. I think of the shower would have been clean, I would have felt less robbed lol.

We found someone's expired prescription shampoo from 2021 in between the 2 towels in pur bathroom! Also, the "free breakfast" had expired food and a few days old doughnuts that were rock hard. I know it's a budget room (at $65/night), but it was not worth the itching/rashes that we ended up with!

It was gross. The front desk clerk was helpful and congenial but the facilities are just bad. The sink didn't drain, there were cigarette burns on the sheets, and we found bed bugs. I was refunded for one room and I appreciated the front desk clerk but I would never stay here again.

I absolutely love the staff at this hotel! I wish everyone remembered that when they are looking for cheaper options they are NOT going to get the same accommodations as the Ritz Carlton. This hotel is conveniently located, easy to find, has great parking, and is pet friendly. The owner is SO responsive and friendly and really wants his clients to have the best experience possible. His willingness to make sure my needs are met, makes me feel like a valued customer and I know I will have a safe and comfortable place to sleep for the night. A comfortable place to sleep for a low price and a kind and courteous staff is what I want and what I get at this Quality Inn. YES... We will definitely stay there again!

We booked this hotel very last minute to attend a funeral, upon arrival vibes were very offf. Not a comfortable environment I shall say. We got to our room and upon entering our it was hot (it’s understandable they have the a/c’s since room was not being used) BUT if I book least you can do is go and turn it on, especially during the summer times. Then we noticed dirty sheets, looked like old dried up semen stains, I am being very specific because when I told local family that live in the area about where i was staying at, they right away stated that place is the worst and that it’s known for hookups. Keep in mind I was looking for a family place to sleep for 2 nights… I was not about to risk those being actual human bodily fluids, who knows what diseases they carry. On top of dirty sheets, the “SECURITY” lock did not work, there was a dead small cockroach on the coffee table and the wall mounted tv looked very dirty, finger prints and all… I had enough that I didn’t even give the restroom a chance… I was not about to sleep my family there. I had seen reviews about it being an okay place especially for the price but next time I know better. I will never go for cheapest, you get what you pay. We left right away and booked else where. i tried requesting a refund and it was denied by company manager. STAY AWAY from this one.

The room smelled of construction workers-----oily. Accessible bathroom was not really accessible. I was to stay 4 night but only stayed 1 night due to the room. Holes in the carpet. Did not feel safe.

Website pictures are very deceiving. Hotel overall very rundown and room had a moldy smell to it. Bathroom toilet seat was smaller than the toilet and the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned. This hotel should be rated lower.

Worst hotel ever.

The room was musty in arrival, took forever to check in, there was a hole in the bathroom wall, the shower was broken, and in the middle of the night the plumbing made this god awful loud rumbling sound that woke us up out of a dead sleep. Highly do not recommend. It looks nothing like it does online.

Room was supposed to be non-smoking and reeked of cigarette smoke like a smoking room does. Complained to front desk but no accommodation for the problem. The room was old and in dire need of a renovation. The room was extremely dirty and in poor repair. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Would not stay there again.

Rooms were dirty, previous guests left socks on floor and were not picked up by staff, founds bugs on floor, bugs in light fixtures, faucets spray water everywhere, linens smelled bad, breakfast wasnt good, limited selection, outside/property felt unsafe and dirty, chairs thrown in pool. If issues get addressed property has potential.
