"We were initially assigned a room that had clearly not been cleaned properly. We reported the issue to the staff, and they responded immediately by assigning us a different room. We appreciated how quickly they handled the situation."

"It was exactly like staying in a one bedroom condo. It was absolutely great, bedroom, living room, dining area, kitchen, restroom with a shower. I really love to stay here. So much so that I’ve decided this is where I’m going to stay when I come to Monterrey. I go to Monterrey every other month for a little over a week and I have to say I’m really glad I found this hotel. I loved everything about it."

"Good choice to have a short stay"

"Beautiful hotel sadly it is poorly maintained. When you first walk into the lobby there is a foul smell. Then we went into our rooms the pillow sheets were soiled, the bed headrest was peeled, the chairs were badly stained, there was a bottle of coca cola and food in the mini fridge still there from the previous guest. Sad to see this hotel decline in this matter."
