It was clean. Room was nice with a balcony. Only thing I don’t agree with is the forced valet parking. And then I couldn’t even get to my car unless the valet went and got it and brought it up. Outside parking lot should be an option through the hotel.

This property was located in a good area even though its not in the heart of the hustle and bustle. I prefer it better to be in walking distance to it all and not in ear distance if you get what I am saying.

Think is a fantastic Hotel in Nashville, every time we come here, we stay here 😀. The breakfast is beyond the expectations, always delicious and full of variety of things. Don't miss it on your way to Nashville Downtown. By the way, it's just a few blocks from Broadway.

The hotel and staff really impress. From check-in to check-out, we could have not asked for a better experience. For events at Bridgestone, THIS is the place to stay!!

Easy parking right across the street 8n the library parking garage, plus valet at the hotel if you want that option. Very. Lose walking to Broadway and Assembly, plus the Bridgestone Arena. Great, clean hotel.

Hotel was great very quiet and clean. There was a bit of a view of downtown but not really a sight worth seeing. There was a lot of traffic and a lot pedestrians walking around. There is a lot of construction work going on so it’s very busy. Downtown is very tight with once again, a lot of people everywhere. Traffic is really heavy.

Great location. We felt safe walking to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, and the Country Music Hall of Fame. Comfy Beds. Good breakfast with variety of options. Kids enjoyed the pool. I was happy to have use of the laundry area to dry swimsuits before checkout. Hated to pay for parking, but it is downtown Nashville and the Valet service was wonderful. It is about $10 to taxi/Uber from hotel to the Country Music Hall of Fame in case you’re handicap or having to use a Walker to get around.

Staff was friendly and welcoming, and they loved dogs! Lobby and hallways smelled so good. Room was clean and cool when we arrived. Location is a short walk to various restaurants and music venues. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for making our quick stay comfortable and enjoyable. ~Tim, Chrissy and Lady Lincoln
