"Big lover of the Hampton by Hilton brand as they always look the same and deliver the same... Sadly not York. This Hotel is nothing like the Hampton brand. Good Hotel, just not Hampton and it was that, what we expected. In case the Hotel reads this: just go in room 217 and tell me how far down in the past you should have changed the mattress! Completely layed through from years of using.
At 4:45 in the morning hammering for 45 min. As I complained about that in the morning: noone ever came back to me with an apology or reason for this early noise...
York is a great place and the Hotel well located. But it's not the typical Hampton... Just a normal average Hotel"
