"3 night stay for a local business event. The property was lovely and clean and the beds soft and comfortable. The grass did need cutting and the front garden wasn't that nice.Some real basics were missing like. Salt and pepper, can opener, , and scissors. No basis casserole dish. Kitchen kit h equipment more than basic. The rchairs and couch sadly was the most uncomfortable furniture I have every day on, although looked colourful."

"This house has so much potential but just missed in several areas. On the plus side, the house was, apart from some cobwebs in alcoves, reassuringly clean although some of the cutlery and crockery needed a jolly good wash before use. The decor was fun and the use of space imaginative. There is insufficient cutlery and crockery meaning that it was necessary to wash up after each meal. This was annoying and made worse by the fact that we were given only one dishwasher tablet - not that we would...

"When we first arrived, there was a large pile of household waste dumped outside the front door and a very strong smell of damp throughout the property. We reported this to the managing agent who came round that evening with some 'industrial-strength' air freshener - this improved things but only slightly and the smell returned. "Super cosy cottage with everything you could wish for. Super communication from Sue who kindly informed us that we were able to check in earlier than expected. Extremely comfortable and clean. Lovely village with amenities and buses to York. Park and ride option just a short drive away by a great designer outlet. The little touches including the milk and biccies were also very much appreciated. My only issue was forgetting my phone charger (when will i learn???!!!!) Thank you for a lovely...
