"Absolutely fabulous stay! We had a friend's retreat here, and this house was able to perfectly accommodate us for a relaxing fall weekend in New England. The house is impeccably decorated and furnished. The kitchen was large enough to comfortably cook for 20 people. Hot tub, game room, movie theater, and fire pit amenities were crowd favorites. "Wonderful 2-bdrm condo that is so convenient to the slopes.Communication with the owner was incredible, he proactively reached out to tell us that due to high winds the lifts were closed so we could modify our plans a bit.Fresh local coffee was a really nice touch and much appreciated.Thanks for a great long weekend, hope to do it agin in 2026!"

"Great location and very nice condo with well-appointed kitchen, games and fireeplace. Very comfortable. Building itself is a bit dated. One bathroom a bit tight for 5 of us but manageable. 4 kids in bunkroom did not mind being in a pretty small room. Suggest room darkening shades and dishwasher detergent. "

"We loved this North peak ski-in ski-out condo! Condo was spacious and exactly as pictured. Easy to park outside and walk right to the slope! Heated pool with indoor entry was great after a day of skiing. Would stay here again!"

"We have been coming to Sunday River every year for the past 15 years. We have always stayed at a resort location on the mountain, but this time we were looking for a bit more space. This past week, we had the opportunity to stay at this location and it didn’t disappoint. Unreal first impression, accommodating, clean, all the tech, and a place where we could all relax. We are looking to return next year if possible. This home provided us an opportunity to enjoy our vacation and make more memories! "

"Comfortable, well-appointed unit. Excellent sleeping arrangements for family of 5. Good ski in ski out access. Good size ski lockers in a well maintained locker room adjoining a similarly well maintained laundry room. Outdoor pool is better for kids than adults (no lounging poolside while kids swim). You need to either drive to building 1 or walk down hill through building 2 to get to pool. And don’t forget to bring your key to access the pool!"
