"We have stayed at quality inn many times. Always had a great stay. This visit was a but disappointing. No ice machine, except a small one in office. We like to fish and counted on the convenience of ice machine for our catch. No more water or hoses, or area to clean our fish we catch. We couldn't get clean towels one of the days because staff that did laundry was 2 hrs late. Lastly, we were charged for our emotional support pet. We have taken her many times and never charged.
