"Inside the hotel didn't seem like Hilton Garden Hotel like others I've stayed at. Not as nice as the others."

"It has the nicest pools of any place. I’ve stayed at on Hilton head. The place is always clean and the staff is more than friendly."

"I've stayed in many budget hotels for both business and pleasure and found the house keeping to be lacking. But during our stay house keeping came in every day and knew what to leave alone. I appreciate that very much."

"The room was clean and comfortable with all the items a traveler would need. There were a few concerns with the bathroom, including a towel bar next to the tub which kept falling off. It’s instinct to grab it to get out of the tub and it could present a serious injury if a person tries to use it to get out of the tub. In addition, the tub was very slippery which again presented the likelihood of a serious fall. Overall a lovely resort however."

"Clean rooms, friendly staff, air conditioning made the stay very comfortable. "

"Property was dirty. Bottles and trash on roads. Tub had a broken drain plug that didn’t stop the water so had to leave water running while bathing kiddo. Downstairs people smoked cigs and weed multiple times called 3 times and all they did was give them a curtesy call. This continued over the 3 days with no offer to switch rooms. Overall property maintenance is lacking grounds could be kept much cleaner. Maintenance guy has plenty of time on his phone since we could watch him just hang out in the golf cart for hours in his phone while we were in the balcony"
