"This is a stunning pub and hotel. Food and surrounds were wonderful. We were there during an unseasonably warm period and a little hot in the rooms otherwise it was perfect!"
"Ran by a wonderful couple who are really friendly and accommodating. The lodge is in a beautiful location and the facilities and room are lovely.
Breakfast was included and we were asked beforehand what we wanted so it would be ready for the time we requested. And it tasted wonderful.
Me and my girlfriend have visited here twice now and I'd greatly recommend a stay here."

"The Grassington Lodge is truly minimalist. A very small room, two bath towels, and one hand towel. For the third of three nights they added a bath mat and a bar of soap.
The only staff ever present was the cleaning lady and her assistant. She was kind and helpful but certainly not enough to welcome and assist guests. "

Dinner and drinks in dining room/bar again perfect.

We very much enjoyed our stay here if any of our fellow members wanted to stay in Malham, we'd definitely suggest they try here. Accommodation, breakfasts and were excellent and just the right location in the Dales to base our walking week on. Staff were very welcome and that includes the cat too!"
"Stayed here with a friend in preparation for Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge. Check in very easy. Warm welcome. Very hospitable staff. We had to leave the hotel early next morning before kitchen opened but staff left us breakfast (cereals, yogurt etc) out for us which was really appreciated. Also made us sandwiches to take with us. Pub/bar and food was really good. Cosy. "
"We took a spontaneous trip to Malham Cove for a night away.
This lovely hotel is down a quiet country road 1/2 a mile from the cove and near to several other pubs and cafes.
The building is very old and reached over an old stone bridge or the beck (stream)
Parking is available and the room was nicely furnished with views of the water and a very comfy bed.
The hotel and attached restaurant is completely plant based. I somehow missed this fact when booking but I needn’t have worried.
The dinner was excellent and the breakfast even better. The staff were friendly and would consider again for a get away to see the stunning local scenery "
