Provencal villa, stylish and quiet location in the beautiful Luberon

  • Breathing is central in this house (and carport) with green surroundings and a view of the Luberon. Relax on the south-facing terrace (30 m 2) or covered terrace by the swimming pool (11 x 5 m, protected with electric shutters).

    Discover wineries and picturesque villages because the house is located between Gordes and Goult, Rousillon and Bonnieux, Menerbes and Lacoste, vineyards and lavender fields.
    The villa is spacious and stylish with every modern comfort, built from locally extracted natural stone. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower or walk-in shower or bathtub and its own toilet (extra toilet in the hall below). And extra separate toilet in the hall.

    Floor cooling (heat pump) is provided throughout the house for a fresh sleep in warm summers.

    Downstairs: hall, toilet, fitted kitchen with dishwasher and combo oven, fridge and stove, double bedroom opening onto terrace with private bathroom with shower and toilet, spacious living room with TV, room with dryer, washing machine.

    Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet or bathtub and toilet.

    Baby bed and high chair provided.
