"Little dingy but fine for a quick stop along our travels. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool was a nice place to relax after a long day in the car. The breakfast area was nice. The gravy was cold and questionable. I liked that it was quiet."

The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service...

"The room is slightly dated but clean. The pool is very large for an indoor pool. Breakfast was well stocked and kept very clean."

"Excellent staff and their service. The hotel is renovating few rooms and thus common areas were little dusty and there was no drinking water supply. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars for every category. The hotel has an EV charger which is the most convenient feature"
