The Hoober home is absolutely gorgeous! Our eight family members enjoyed everything; each room was spacious, beautifully decorated with more than enough beds for everyone. We will definitely use Suzanne and her homes again!

Beautiful, welcoming home

The house was perfect for our family of 15. Each family having its own bathroom was really nice. We enjoyed the outdoor fire, and the big yard was great for hiding Easter eggs. The location was close to all the activities we wanted to see. Hope to visit again!!

The home was as lovely as advertised, the pictures of the rooms and decor were accurate. The home had all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. The house was exceptionally clean, the house is located a short drive to many of the attractions and activities in Dutch country, my friends and I would definitely stay here again

My friends and I were celebrating 50 yrs of friendship and enjoyed the house for 4 days and 3 nights. The house is conveniently located to everything and it was great watching the Amish horse and buggies passing the house on a daily basis. The house is amazing and so beautiful, huge bedrooms and most have their own bathrooms attached. Beautiful deck where you can take it all in. We were actually sad that we were leaving.

The property was perfect. The rooms were large and had everything we needed. We hosted my daughter’s bridesmaids here. The only issue is there is no bathroom for the basement bedroom. And we were short wash clothes. I had to fold the laundry in the dryer to get enough.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Every room had their own bathroom. Sheets were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with attractions like sight and sound, Dutch wonderland and so much more about 15-20 mins away from the house]. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Suzanne and their property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

Everything about the stay was perfect. To say the house is beautiful and accommodating is an understatement. Everything to the smallest detail was beautiful. It was spotless clean. Check in and Check out was a piece of cake. The owner was able to accommodate us with a little earlier check in and she did. She responded to all of messages. They have games for your family/friends to play, towels, kitchen is stocked with the essentials you will need, even the unthinkable (bowls and baggies). This home is a home nice and cozy, welcoming, you will not be disappointed.

Our family of 10 absolutely loved this house. It was very warm and homey from the moment we walked through the door. Every room was spotless, very clean and tidy. My 3 children loved the play space on the bottom level. It was perfect for family game night and movies on our projector! Every bed was comfortable with plush warm bedding. The fireplace was a cozy spot for those cooler mornings. Keurig and coffee pot were convenient to have. The house was close to most activities. Farthest was a 20 minute drive to the Dutch Apple Theater. Dutch Wonderland and Strasburg Railroad were both 10 minutes away. Our holiday family weekend was enjoyed by all at this beautiful home. Thank you so much for making our stay special. The yogurt and granola was delicious that the owners left for us. Only thing we would recommend is having a high chair for infants. Overall, an amazing stay and we will definitely be back!

We have stayed at several properties in the Lancaster area over the years, but this was the best by far. Plenty of bedrooms, four full baths, located close to all the places we wanted to see.
